Syed Nadeem, a teacher at the Madrasa Jamia Noorul Anwar, took an eleven-year-old student to his house and sodomised him, threatening to kill him if he told anyone. The special POCSO court convicted him and sentenced him to twenty years' rigorous imprisonment plus a fine.
