Landgericht Hamburg, Germany. Landgericht Hamburg convicted the defendant in July 2025 of sexual assault in six cases and intentional bodily harm, sentencing him to five years. The Bundesgerichtshof reduced the sentence to four years six months and the conviction became final. The prosecution's case was that between 2017 and 2020, as leader of a sect-like association, he approached several young female members and used his position as their self-proclaimed spiritual leader to bring about sexual acts.
