    Mobile County Circuit Court, Alabama. Bradrick Vail, formerly of Tree of Life Deliverance Ministry, was convicted of seven counts of sexual misconduct against two former church members, after Circuit Judge Jill Phillips dismissed five more serious charges (three counts of first-degree rape, three of sexual abuse, one of first-degree sodomy) on statute-of-limitations grounds. He was sentenced to two years in prison; the judge stated his conduct as a pastor was 'extremely disturbing.'
