Bajinder Singh, a megachurch pastor known as the 'Yeshu Yeshu' prophet for televised healing sessions, was convicted of the 2018 rape of a woman he had lured with promises of sending her abroad, filming the assault and blackmailing her with the footage. He was sentenced to life imprisonment in April 2025.
