Ekiti State High Court, Ado-Ekiti (Hon. Justice O.I.O. Ogunyemi). Enoch Gbinyiam, a Winners Chapel (Living Faith Church Worldwide) pastor at Omuo-Ekiti, was convicted after a full trial of raping the 12-year-old daughter of a church member, contrary to section 2 of Ekiti State's Gender-Based Violence (Prohibition) Law, 2019.
