Amtsgericht Bad Kissingen, Germany. A priest of the Diocese of Würzburg was convicted of sexually abusing a then-12-year-old altar server at least twice while serving as chaplain, and received a suspended sentence of one year four months plus a fine. Both prosecution and defence withdrew their appeals before the Landgericht Schweinfurt, making the verdict final.
