Paraguayan criminal court, Presidente Hayes. A church pastor was sentenced to 18 years and his wife to 14 years for repeated sexual abuse and coercion of a girl from his congregation, beginning when she was 14. In a related conviction the girl's biological father received 24 years for abuse beginning when she was 10.
