A Panamanian court convicted Colombian-national priest Luis Ruiz Quiroga of aggravated lewd acts against a 17-year-old at his Juan Díaz parish, imposed a 5-year (60-month) sentence served partly via community work plus a bar from work involving minors, and placed him on Panama's sex-offender registry.
