Surabaya District Court; High Court; Supreme Court of Indonesia. Pastor Hanny Layantara was sentenced by the Surabaya District Court to 10 years for sexually abusing a member of his congregation whom he had informally adopted, from roughly age 10–12 until age 15. The sentence was increased to 11 years on appeal, and the Supreme Court rejected his cassation.
