Salvadoran criminal court, San Salvador. David Alonso Torres Rosales, pastor at the Nueva Esperanza church in Soyapango, was sentenced to 20 years for aggravated rape of a minor in continued form. He groomed a 13-year-old girl who attended his church, telling her she was his girlfriend and paying her for repeated encounters at a motel between July 2016 and February 2017.
