Varna District Court, Bulgaria. Yanko Yanakiev, 73, priest at the 'Sv. Dimitar Solunski' church in Varna's Vladislavovo district, was convicted in June 2016 of indecent acts against a thirteen-year-old boy at a mineral pool at Sv. Konstantin i Elena in January 2015, receiving a one-year suspended sentence with a four-year probationary period and 2,000 leva in compensation.
