Osh City Court, Kyrgyzstan. Nurseit Kalybay uulu, a former teacher at the Kyrgyz-Turkish madrasa in Osh, was convicted in late December 2015 — the verdict publicly announced in January 2016, after a second psychiatric examination overturned an unfitness finding that had stalled the case for roughly three years — of sexual violence against a nine-year-old pupil (crime June 2012), and sentenced to 15 years.
