Kentucky circuit court, Franklin County. Joseph Nicholas Muench was indicted in October 2009 for abuse of two accusers occurring 1980-81 and 1984-85 while assigned to Good Shepherd parish in Frankfort. In March 2010 he entered an Alford plea to unlawful imprisonment and attempted sexual abuse and was sentenced to two concurrent one-year terms; he was released September 30, 2010.
