    Wexford Circuit Court, Ireland. Fr Colm Collins pleaded guilty on 25 March 1998 at Wexford Circuit Court to four counts of indecent assault and one of gross indecency, and was sentenced to four years on each count to run concurrently. He was released after one year on grounds of ill health. The conviction is recorded in the Ferns Report.
