    Rechtbank Maastricht; Gerechtshof 's-Hertogenbosch (appeal). A religious-order brother working as a teacher and youth leader, recorded in the Deetman Report under the code FIC10, was convicted on 20 July 1961 at Maastricht of indecent acts with pupils between 1957 and 1960, and sentenced to two years with a seven-year teaching ban. On appeal the 's-Hertogenbosch court reduced the sentence to one year, ten months of it suspended, while upholding both the conviction and the seven-year ban.
