Paisal Saenchai, 67, a well-known fortune teller claiming special spiritual abilities and past-life insight, was arrested on charges of rape and abduction of minors aged 15-18. Victims reported he lured them under the pretense of resolving their karma through ritual, then sexually assaulted them. Police seized approximately 198 items including school yearbooks that investigators found he used to fabricate plausible past-life details matching real names and addresses of victims and their families.
