The court records that the defendant «познакомилась с ранее ей незнакомой» victim outside a trading pavilion, «завела доверительный разговор» and «сообщила последней заведомо ложные сведения о том, что на нее наложена порча и необходимо провести обряд с целью излечения, предложив свои услуги по исцелению, в действительности не имея реальной возможности выполнить взятые на себя обязательства», and that the victim «будучи введенной в заблуждение, под влиянием обмана, согласилась». It itemises payments of 200, 2,000, 44,000, 20,000, 94,000 and 150,000 roubles, «на общую сумму 310 200 рублей». The operative part convicts under ч.3 ст.159 УК РФ, imposes two years' deprivation of liberty and suspends it under ст.73 with a two-year probation period.
