O Kai-on, a feng shui master, pleaded guilty and was sentenced on 31 January 2003 to four and a half years for two counts of unlawful sexual intercourse with a fourteen-year-old girl in May 2002, procured through purported mystical rites; the judge found he had cynically exploited the trust placed in him.
